Leading Edge’s team of specialists includes in-house training and telephone support, as well as software development and web experts. Our growth to-date has largely been driven by word-of-mouth referrals, and reflects our commitment to customer service. Company founder and President, Hanna Ostrowiecki is truly married to the industry: her husband is a principal broker in a large real estate brokerage with more than 400 agents in five offices. As well, many of Leading Edge’s team members – including our manager of support services and the company’s original chief software architect – come from real estate families or have worked in real estate offices. So when we say we live and breathe real estate, we really do.
