HANNA OSTROWIECKI - FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Hanna Ostrowiecki is the founder of Leading Edge Software and one of the two original developers of quick!Office Commander. She began her career in 1977 in Systems Research and Development at a major Canadian bank where it became apparent that her talents were designing intuitive systems for end users. Hanna's strong communication skills enabled the teams she supervised to facilitate smooth and orderly transitions from manual to automated systems.
In 1987 Hanna struck out on her own to consult to the Real Estate Industry. Her family owned a Real Estate company, which has grown to more than 400 sales associates in multiple branch locations. This made it possible for her to learn the business first hand while providing a place to test new concepts.

ROSE
SHAPIRO - MANAGER
A key member of the Leading Edge team since 1993, Rose is responsible
for training services, new client orientation and US Account
Management. Rose manages the Customer Support department, ensuring
our valued clients not only have the best possible support experience
but also learn to use all aspects of quick! Office
Commander. Rose specializes in helping new users feel
at ease with technology in general and with Commander in particular.
Her maturity and patience is appreciated by all. Rose is a seasoned
veteran of conversions from other systems to quick! Office
Commander and is experienced with the structured steps that
need to be followed to ensure a smooth and orderly transition.
Prior to her work with Leading Edge, Rose worked as an assistant
to a Real Estate Associate, where she was responsible for computer
and administrative services, real estate board liaison, the
preparation of listings and other support functions.
Rose's knowledge of the business is further enhanced by the
fact that her husband works as a successful real estate sales associate
in the Toronto area. Rose has also worked in office management
outside the real estate industry.
