Ours is using technology effectively to streamline your operation. For us, it's not about selling more software. It's about helping our valued clients streamline their operations and feel better about their life.

"Personal Assistant" registration is for each office location and mandatory during the first year. It's the person at Leading Edge Software that can answer a question or provide your staff with direction instantly. Our philosophy is, if you have to spend more than a couple of minutes finding something, call us. If you're doing something manually, call us. If we think it makes sense to add to the system, we will do it. If it is in the system and hard to find, we'll fix that. We are here to serve you and that service includes:

  • e-mail, fax or phone support by a Commander expert to assist with problem resolution, guidance on impact to Commander if you plan changes to your network and/or hardware environment, suggestions on effective use of the software, guiding your staff to streamline your front desk operations with Commander.
  • Multi-Branch offices that opt to purchase only one PA will receive support only at the one registered branch. Other branches will not be supported by LES.
  • Expect a call from us once in a while to confirm you are using the system to its fullest potential!
  • Newsletters with hints and tips are e-mailed and posted to our web site
  • Involvement with User Groups to develop system improvements.
