expanding our reporting suite. Commander also integrates easily
with many third-party report-writing programs, such as Crystal
Reports (TM) for even greater flexibility. Commander's reporting
suite includes:
- Feature Sheets for Listings
- Activity report (number of messages paged and by whom)
- Activity report (number of appointments booked and confirmed)
- Graphs showing which times of day are busy, by activity
- Detailed audit trails, such as who logged in/out and when
- Detailed audit trails showing who made listing changes (reduced, sold, open house, etc.)
- Open House schedule
- Answering Service billing report (for imported messages).
