Commander's Web Access module, running in Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS), gives you a secure view to important information maintained by quick!Office Commander - whether you are down the hall or half-way around the world. If you choose, you can even provide controlled access to support staff and external services (including your answering service) for the functions you select, including paging, booking appointments and making approved changes to selected information. And because many real estate firms charge their users for this web access, they recover their initial software investment and are able to fund the ongoing maintenance costs.

Since Web Access server is controlled through an option in Commander, there is no third-party software to install. This results in a speedier implementation, without the potential frustration from requiring sales associates to install remote access software on their computers.
